  • Developed detailed Discovery Process outlining stakeholders, process, milestones and deadlines

  • Introduced MRG Leadership Effectiveness™ tools to facilitate discovery and frame input from stakeholders

  • Collected feedback through telephone interviews, online questionnaires and working sessions with the board

  • Collated feedback and designed presentation to full board

  • Finalized core competency model for new CEO
