Ensure employer is properly set-up to hire W-2 employees and process payroll in Ohio
Build sustainable HR infrastructure to be used without investing in local, in-house HR staff
Assist client in establishing itself as an employer of choice to attract top talent in a competitive labor market
Partner with CFO of parent company to ensure corporate processes/systems support local needs
